By using this image processing application, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and Conditions of Use. If the user does not agree to any of these terms, the user must not use the application.
Abusive use is prohibited, including, but not limited to, the uploading of images with illegal, offensive, or copyright infringing content. In case IMG Processing considers that the user is violating these terms, the user's account may be temporarily restricted or permanently deleted after restrictions have been imposed.
By uploading images to the application, the user declares that he/she owns all necessary rights to the images. The Company reserves the right to remove any image that it deems to infringe copyright or violate these terms of use.
To ensure the optimal functioning of the application, the company reserves the right to limit or restrict the number of images that the user can upload, especially if it is considered that the use is affecting the performance of the service. In case of excessive or abusive use, the company may temporarily restrict the user's account, notifying the user of the situation.
The user may cancel his/her account at any time; however, the cancellation will not take effect until the end of the month in which the request is made. The images associated with the user's account will be deleted from the company's servers within 15 days of cancellation, unless the user decides to reactivate his/her account before the end of that period.
The Company reserves the right to delete the User's account if it determines that these terms have been violated. Before proceeding with account deletion, the company will temporarily restrict access and notify the user, giving the user a grace period to correct the situation. If the problem is not resolved within this period, the account will be permanently deleted.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective upon posting on the application. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Company shall not be liable for any loss of data or images resulting from use of the application, account termination or technical failures.
